Cameron Klapwyk lives in Kitchener, Ontario, with his wife Erika. He is currently a Refugee Program Associate with World Renew. In this role he walks alongside churches and other faith groups as they participate in the welcome of refugees from around the world. He is passionate about making Canadian communities a place of welcome for newcomers

John Klein-Geltink has been a board member for Operation Sharing for six years, and has served six terms as Deacon at the Ingersoll Christian Reformed Church. John also volunteers with Diaconal Ministries Canada as a Diaconal Ministry Developer.

Brad serves as the Madison Square at the Ford Campus Pastor in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Brad loves Jesus, the Gospel, and how the Holy Spirit is at work in his city. He believes he is called to listen to and serve the needs of the school in which the church meets, the community, and church body. His passion is to fan into flame gifts-based, team-based vision, ministry, and evangelism. 

Jodi Koeman is the Pastor of Community Restoration at New England Chapel in Franklin, Massachusetts. She usually asks more questions than she gives answers, which can be frustrating for people. She believes that how we treat our neighbors may be the best way for people to see God. You’ll find her shoveling neighbor’s sidewalks in winter and getting her hands dirty with neighborhood kids in her garden in summer. She’s learning about justice and wishes she were further along.

Heather Kooiman has worked as a nurse in many northern Ontario communities and now teaches nursing.

Curtis Korver recently dragged his family over the Rockies and across some water to Port Alberni, BC to serve the Alberni Valley CRC. There were many reasons for the move, among them a desire to join the good work the church is doing as they get to know their neighbours. Curtis is part of the CRC committee that supports the Centre for Public Dialogue in Ottawa.

 

Janina Krabbe is a settler of Dutch immigrant ancestry. She is an ordained CRC minister, currently working with Mosaic Church as a Community Chaplain. When not in the city, you will find her sailing with her husband Silas on the Salish Sea and playing in the coastal mountains.

Cameron Kritikos is a Masters of Divinity and Masters of Environmental Management candidate at Yale University in New Haven, CT. Previously, Cameron served as the Mobilizing and Advocacy Fellow at the Christian Reformed Church’s Office of Social Justice where he connected communities of faith in the U.S. and Canada to sustainable technologies, elected officials, worship resources, and educational opportunities to address climate change. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from Calvin University in 2017, and concurrently studied at Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
